Vermont Cheeses

This cheese set includes one 8 oz Lillé (Brie-style cheese) and a 7 oz BrickHaus Tilsit from Vermont Farmstead with a box of Castleton ‘Simply Wheat’ Crackers.

The Lillé is handmade in small batches and turned regularly until the rind becomes a white downy bloom. This soft-ripened cheese has a supple paste core enveloped by a rich creamy body. Notes of mushrooms, nuts and butter.

The BrickHaus Tilsit is a semi-soft cheese from the Havarti family, is rich with buttery and fruity notes. It melts well, so it’s great in grilled cheeses, mac & cheese and in soups.

The rustic-looking Castleton Crackers use all-natural ingredients.
