When we got an order mid-August for our 3-month Cheese of the Month Club as a gift to the hosts of a wedding, we were thrilled to be part of an important event.
We even delivered the Cheeses and pairings in person each month because the people lived only 90 minutes away from our offices!
For all our cheese of the month clubs, we get inspired by what the local Vermont cheesemakers have to offer at the time.
For this order, we offered the following cheeses and pairings:
- Month 1: A nice Lille (brie) from Vermont Farmstead, which we picked up right from the cheesemaker’s store, and our dried fruits conserve.
- Month 2: The aged goat cheese from Vermont Creamery, called Coupole, which we also picked up right from Vermont Creamery’s facility, and our Greek raw chestnut honey. All our suggested pairings are great, but this is an amazing pairing, and Greek chestnut honey is remarkable and not that common!
- Month 3: A Big Blue (blue cheese) from Plymouth Artisan Cheese, which we picked up at the cheesemaker’s facility, and our pear ginger.
